Day before - 50% of scheduled service
No show/day of - 100% service 
*We fully understand emergencies, in which case it will be under the salon managers' discretion to charge the client* 
 
NEW clients will be required to have a credit card on file in order to book an appointment to avoid issues with our new cancellation policy. Please be advised we will not have access to card information after entering it in the system, it is secured through our charge company for your privacy and security..
